Day 1 Morning: Mountain biking in the Indiana Valley
Start by crossing the Indiana Valley. After 4 km you will pass on the shores of the sacred lake of Ankadimanga then you continue your crossing of the valley having in sight the massif and the forest reserve of Angavokely which culminates at more than 1800m of altitude. After 14 km you will reach the village of Ambohimanga.
Day 1 Afternoon: Abseiling and climbing in Ambatomanga
Abseiling activity on a magnificent site, with a descent of approximately 20 meters. You can also try bouldering. Climbing routes are being installed.
Day 2 Morning: Trek in the Valley between Ambatomanga and Antelomita
An 8 km trek on foot will allow you to cross a beautiful valley along a river, with alternating rice fields. You will be in a sumptuous setting. You will leave the valley after 5 km by taking a steep climb of around 500m and join a path on the mountainside which overlooks the Ikopa river. Two hydroelectric dams will be visible. Then you will join the departure for the canoe.
Day 2 Morning: Canoe at the foot of the Antelomita dam
After these 2.5 hours of walking you will have a small snack before starting the canoe. Of the 6 km of canoeing, only on the first 2 kilometers will an alternation of small rapids be encountered, then the other 4 kilometers will be calmer. You will be able to witness the peasant life of cultivating the fields visible on the banks. Finally you will reach your lunch point at the edge of a lake. There will therefore be 500 meters to walk to get around the barbecue fire.
Day 2 Afternoon: Return to the gates of the capital
After the barbecue, we will take you back to Ambohimanambola by bus or bike according to your choice and transfer to the city center of Tana.
